Te Maru Ltd is a charitable company, which means that we’re incorporated as a Limited Liability Company and we’re also a Registered Charity.

As a company we have shareholders – they don’t get a financial benefit, rather they keep us accountable to our core purposes. Those shareholders appoint directors, who in turn appoint the CEO, and keep that person accountable.

The CEO appoints other staff members, and provides overall day to day leadership of Te Maru. Camp Managers report directly to the CEO, and they are responsible for the day to day leadership of their camp, staff team, ministries and budget.
