At Te Maru, we believe Christian camps are more than just places – they’re powerful environments where lives are changed forever. Camps are more than just fun – they’re often pivotal moments in a person’s spiritual journey. It’s where people encounter Jesus, discover purpose, grow personally, build lifelong relationships, and strengthen their communities.
But for some, the cost of attending a camp can be a barrier. That’s why we’ve created the Life Changers Camp Sponsorship Fund – to help CCCNZ churches bring people to camp who might otherwise miss out.
What Is It?
The Life Changers Fund is a sponsorship initiative designed to support people who face financial barriers, making it possible for them to attend ministry camps run by CCCNZ Christian Camps across New Zealand.
Whether it’s a kid’s camp, youth camp, family camp, or other ministry gathering run by a camp—this fund helps remove financial barriers so more people can experience the life-changing impact of camps.

The Life Changers Camp Sponsorship Fund is one way we live out this vision—by making camps accessible to those who need it most.
Who Can Apply?
Any CCCNZ church can apply for sponsorship on behalf of someone in their community. We trust churches to know who would benefit most from a camp experience and who may need financial support to get there.
How It Works
Churches apply by emailing us at lifechangers@temaru.org.nz
Funds are granted based on need and availability.
Support is flexible—we can help cover full or partial costs.
